Feedback from delegate response forms

Feedback about the event, held at the Harlington Centre in Fleet was extremely positive. All the delegates who completed response forms stated that they were satisfied with the event, with 79% saying they were very satisfied or totally satisfied. Several mentioned "good general organisation".

They all also found the venue satisfactory (though flickering lights were a problem for one person), and 82% were happy with the catering (only one person was not very satisfied).

Two people were not very satisfied with the Presentation session, though 95% of those responding, were. A number of people picked out David Docherty’s presentation as particularly good. 97% were satisfied or better with the Workshop sessions, although two found the feedback session too long.

Most were happy with the information provided before the event, but some delegates would have liked more briefing on workshops. 94% found information provided during the event satisfactory to excellent, but some would have liked copies of presentations to take away. (NB Presentations and Workshop outcomes are on this website.)

80% stated that the event met their expectations, and it exceeded expectations for some delegates. Others felt that more experts were needed as presenters. Key lessons people took back to their organisations were partnerships, education, market development, waste as a resource and long-term planning.
